LOFT52 is a 52-story residential tower on Central Avenue — the tallest address in downtown St. Petersburg, and the first to put the whole city within a ten-minute walk of your front door.
The story
Why we built it.
St. Petersburg outgrew its skyline. The waterfront, the arts district, the restaurants, the new pier — all of it arrived faster than the housing did. LOFT52 was conceived to close that gap: a single, design-led tower that puts residents in the center of everything, without asking them to compromise on light, space, or service.
Every residence is a loft at heart — high ceilings, exposed structure, and floor-to-ceiling glass — refined with the finishes and amenities you'd expect from a flagship address. The result is a building that feels like the city itself: open, modern, and unapologetically urban.
Design philosophy
Built on three ideas.
Light first
Floor-to-ceiling glass on every residence, corner layouts wherever the structure allows, and ceiling heights that let the city in. The architecture is engineered around daylight, not around the floor plate.
Honest materials
Exposed concrete, blackened steel, white oak, and stone — left to read as themselves. Nothing faux, nothing fighting for attention. The loft language carries through from the lobby to the penthouse.
Service that disappears
A 24/7 team, seamless arrival, and amenities you actually use. Good service should be felt, not noticed — the building handles the logistics so the city stays the focus.
Of the neighborhood
A ground floor that gives back to the street: retail, a café, and a public plaza. LOFT52 is designed to make Central Avenue better, not just taller.

Land assembly & design
Site acquired on Central Avenue. Schematic design completed with the architecture team and entitlements secured with the City of St. Petersburg.
Sales gallery opens
Priority list opens to the public and the first release of residences goes to contract. The on-site sales gallery and model loft open by appointment.
Vertical construction
The tower rises floor by floor through the year, with structure topping out and the amenity floors taking shape ahead of finishing.
Move-in & closings
Final finishes, building inspections, and the first residents take occupancy. Closings begin and the amenity floors open.
