I’m a Tampa Bay native and a full-time REALTOR® with eleven years of selling across South Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, and the surrounding beaches. I built my business on a simple idea: clients deserve sharp marketing, honest advice, and a single person who owns the outcome from the first showing to the closing table.

My story

I grew up in South Tampa, a few blocks off Bayshore, watching the city change one block at a time. I knew which streets flooded, which schools parents fought to get into, and which neighborhoods were about to turn. That knowledge never made it onto a spreadsheet — but it’s exactly what wins deals.

I started in real estate in 2014 after a short, unglamorous career in advertising. The ad world taught me one thing that most agents never learn: a great property gets ignored if the marketing is lazy. So I brought that discipline to every listing — real photography, real video, real targeting — and the results spoke for themselves.

Eleven years later, the majority of my business comes from past clients and their referrals. That’s the number I’m proudest of. It means people trusted me with the biggest financial decision of their lives, and then trusted me again with the people they care about.

When I’m not at the closing table, you’ll find me on the Bayshore trail, hunting down the best Cuban sandwich in town, or talking someone out of overpricing their home. (It happens more than you’d think.)
