About · Shoreline & Co.
A small, hands-on team of coastal specialists who grew up on these islands — and treat every client like a neighbor, because most of you become one.
Our story
Shoreline & Co. started the way most good things on the coast do — slowly, and on a dock. We grew up fishing these flats, learning which canals stay deep at low tide and which beaches go quiet after Labor Day. When we started selling real estate, we refused to do it like everyone else: no pressure, no script, no agents who've never set foot on the property.
Today we're a small team on purpose. We'd rather take fewer clients and actually know your name, your boat, and the exact corner of the coast you've been dreaming about. That's how you end up on the right street — not just the right MLS listing.
How we work
Three things we won't compromise on, no matter the deal size.
We walk the docks, check the flood zones, and know the neighbors. Our advice comes from living here — not from a printout.
If a home's a stretch or a seawall's a problem, we'll tell you. We're playing a long game built on trust, not one quick close.
Some of the best waterfront never hits the market. Our relationships open doors — and bring you homes before anyone else sees them.
The team
No call centers, no handoffs. The agent you meet is the agent who sees it through.
Born in St. Pete Beach, third-generation islander. Specializes in deep-water and estate properties — and knows every captain in the marina.
Former marine surveyor turned agent. If it has a dock, a lift, or a seawall, Theo can tell you exactly what you're buying.
Guides out-of-state buyers from first call to keys in hand. Patient, sharp, and the person you want fighting in your corner at the table.
"Marisol found us a canal home that never even hit Zillow. We were boating from our own dock six weeks later. She made a stressful move feel easy."
"Theo caught a seawall issue two other agents missed and saved us a small fortune. These people actually know the water, not just the paperwork."
"We were moving from Chicago and knew nothing. Priya walked us through every neighborhood until it clicked. Couldn't have done it without her."
