Where we started.
Jordan Reyes left a national franchise frustrated by the same thing every agent complains about — paying for a big name while getting nothing back. No marketing, no leads, no support. Just a logo and a desk fee.
So in 2014, Meridian opened with four agents and one rule: invest in the people closing the deals. Build the marketing, the tech, and the support staff in-house, then hand it to agents for free.
A decade later, that bet has turned into 48 agents across three offices, $1.2B in closed volume, and one of the highest agent-retention rates in Tampa Bay. The rule hasn't changed.
